In an interview with CBS, Trump was asked why so many Black Americans continue to be killed by law enforcement. Trump responded by saying, “So are White people. What a terrible question to ask. So are White people. More White people, by the way. More White people.” Multiple studies show that Black Americans are killed by the police at much higher rates than White people, according to The Washington Post, Snopes, and other news organizations.
