Marshall, IL – City and county elections sometimes get over looked and especially when they occur in a non-presidential year.

Illinois cities are having their municipal elections on Tuesday, April 4th.

Rebecca Brumfield checks out if citizens are in the know or not.

“You guys have elections this week. Did you know anything about that?” asks Brumfield.

“No, I did not,” replies Joshua Fergerson.
